Cancellation Policy:
I do appreciate that emergencies crop up from time to time and that appointments may have to be cancelled. I have a minimum 24-hour cancellation policy in place so please be aware you will be charged for a late cancellation or missed appointment due to me being unable to fill the time slot with another client. I also reserve the right to ask for payment in advance for any future session, which is non-refundable.
Whilst these policies are not nice to enforce, they are a necessity to ensure my business costs are covered due to income lost from a cancelled appointment.
