You may be one of the many people who feel any or all of the following: you don't have enough time to do everything; you are experiencing job burnout; feel like you're constantly faced with too many choices and decisions; or feel as though you're juggling things just to keep your head above water.
Performance coaching is a process of development and action taken by you in order to bring about positive change and greater well-being. My role as Life Coach is to help you think out loud and support you in a pro-active way. We are partners in you striving to achieve your personal and professional goals.
With Life Coaching, we work together and identify any fears or limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. We then set empowering goals to overcome obstacles and to help you move you forward with in a positive way.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) - What Is It?
Emotional Freedom Technique is also called EFT or Tapping.
The basis of EFT is to 'tap' on specific acupressure points located along the meridian channels. Working on the basis that all negative emotions are caused by a disruption in the body's energy system, EFT aims to restore harmony in the body and mind by releasing any energy blockages and restoring balance. It can be applied to emotional, physical and performance issues which are causing you concern.
